Easterday Enrichment Academy offers enrichment  classes to students of all ages. All our classes are offered with a focus towards critical thinking and problem-solving skills, while providing a safe and friendly environment in which to learn.



Chess Clubs

Chess is an ancient game of strategy that has stood the test of time. Come learn and play with us; as a brand new player, or for more experienced students, discover tactics and strategies that will make you an even stronger opponent. All clubs have a focus on both engaging lessons and friendly competitive play between students.

Coding Classes

Classes that provide students with an understanding of programming are critical to understanding the technological world of today. Our coding classes teach students block coding and Ruby or Python coding languages. Using the tools we provide, students can also work on their projects at home or anywhere an internet connection can be found.

 

Private Lessons
All private lessons, online or in-person, are catered directly to the individual student's needs. The first lesson is an evaluation lesson and is always free. After the evaluation lesson, private lessons are one hour, and focused on strengthening key aspects of student's gameplay that need assistance, and honing their strengths. This includes puzzles, 1 on 1 games, chess variants, tactics training, and all manners of exercises to improve player skill while still keeping chess enthusiasm high.
